條款及細則

  1. 基於衛生理由，所有產品恕不退換。
  2. 本店發貨默認裸皂/環保包裝出貨，如有特別需要真空包裝，請提交訂單時備註或盡快聯絡我們。
  3. 大部份產品是由天然植物萃取物及小量製造，因此顏色、氣味及份量可能會有些微偏差，此乃正常現象。
  4. 請將手工皂儲存於陰涼地方，避免陽光及潮濕的環境。手工皂雖有最佳使用日期，若保存得宜，是可以放很久。若出現油耗味或出現黃斑，表示已開始變壞，請避免使用。
  5. 手工皂於潮濕天氣出現水珠是正常現象。
  6. 手工皂未有添加化學硬脂劑，會比一般市售肥皂較軟身及快用完。請勿讓水浸著手工皂，使用後需將手工皂於陰涼地方風乾。如想手工皂更耐用， 可將手工皂分成兩份輪流使用，讓手工皂有充分時間晾乾。
  7. 手工皂入眼會產生刺痛，洗面洗髮時請留意並閉上眼睛。
  8. 請使用手工皂前先作敏感測試，客人因使用該產品後而引致皮膚過敏，恕不承擔任何責任。
  9. oh, its soap保留一切修訂條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，將以oh, its soap之決定為最終裁判。

 

 

  1. Due to sanitary concerns, all products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Our store uses ecologically friendly packaging for all shipments by default. If you require vacuum packaging in particular, please specify when placing your purchase.
  3. Most products are composed of natural plant extracts and are produced in small quantities. Therefore, there may be slight differences in color, odor and weight, which is normal.
  4. Store your handmade soap in a cool place, away from sunlight and humid environments.
  5. It is normal for handmade soap to appear water beads n humid weather.
  6. Handmade soaps do not have chemical accelerators added, so they are softer and use up faster than traditional commercial soaps.
  7. Do not let water soak in your handmade soap. Handmade soaps should be left to air dry in a cool place after use. If you want your handmade soap to last longer, divide it into two batches and use them alternately to give them enough time to dry.
  8. During curing, the soap body will be slightly deformed due to water evaporation and may not be perfectly square or perfectly symmetrical when cut by hand.
  9. Do a sensitivity test before using your homemade soap.
  10. oh, its soap reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of oh, its soap will be the final decision.
